報名日期：114年3月17日（星期一）上午9時起至3月28日（星期五）中午12時。
（非上述期間寄送之報名表恕不受理）

報名方式：紙本報名，請填寫格式填寫報名表後，email至sport@nycu.edu.tw
（活動二組收到報名表後會email回覆，若未收到，煩請來電確認 03-5712121轉51002蕭小姐以確保完成報名手續）

備註：
籃球限12隊，以報名表繳交先後順序為準
慢壘限4隊，114/3/28中午12點20分抽籤決定
報名截止後恕不受理更換名單

2025 NYCU Anniversary Alumni Cup Ball Games
Registration Period: March 17 – March 28, 2025

Competition Date: April 12 (Saturday)
Events: Tennis, Table Tennis (Youth & Senior Divisions), Badminton (Recreational & Competitive Divisions), Basketball (Limited to 12 teams), Slow-Pitch Softball (Limited to 4 teams)

✉ Registration Method:

• Paper-based registration. Please complete the registration form and email it to sport@nycu.edu.tw.
• Once received, the Physical education office  will send an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please cantact sport@nycu.edu.tw to ensure your registration is successfully processed.

📌 Important Notes:

• Basketball: Limited to 12 teams, registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis according to submission order.
• Slow-Pitch Softball: Limited to 4 teams, with a lot-drawing on March 28 at 12:20 PM to determine participation.
• No roster changes will be accepted after the registration deadline.
• All participants will receive a commemorative sports towel.
